Street Condition Update for Saturday, December 23, 2017, 5:15 p.m.

With the National Weather Service forecasting three to five inches of snowfall between 6 p.m. today and 6 a.m. Sunday, City crews are on standby for material spreading and plowing as needed.

Conditions are being monitored and will be reassessed between 7 and 9 p.m. regarding the need for treatment, staffing and contractor support to maintain streets in the safest condition possible through the holiday weekend. Drivers are urged to use caution and prepare for limited visibility. Expect slippery streets, sidewalks and bridges overnight.
