The Snow Emergency and all parking bans have ended as of 9 a.m. Saturday, February 21.

City Operations: Crews will continue to address trouble spots and service requests throughout the day. 

Street conditions: Arterial streets are mostly dry. Some streets may be partially snow and ice covered with melting actively occurring in sunny areas. Drivers should be alert for slick spots and refrozen areas.
