City Operations: Winter operation crews are on standby ready to respond to changing conditions. 

National Weather Service: Two warnings are in effect. A High Wind Warning is in effect until 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 19. A Blizzard Warning is in effect until 10 p.m. Wednesday, March 19. Snow and sleet accumulations up to 9 inches and wind gusts up to 65 mph are possible. 

Weather conditions: Rain and light hail reported in NW Lincoln. 

Street conditions: Streets are mostly dry. Conditions are expected to change over the next several hours as weather moves from rain to sleet to snow.
