Snow Removal Update for Thursday, March 7, 2019, 9:15 p.m.

More than 75 City and contractor crews are plowing residential streets, which are 50 percent complete.  Arterial routes will be monitored overnight for refreeze.  Arterial streets are generally dry with normal driving conditions.  Drivers should be alert for slick spots and black ice, especially on untreated streets.

A snow emergency remains in effect for the City of Lincoln.  Parking bans are not in effect at this time. Citizens in residential areas are encouraged to remove vehicles from the street to allow crews to safely and productively plow streets over the next 24 hours.
