Winter Operations Update for Thursday, February 23, 2023, 5:20 a.m.

City Operations: Crews are applying granular salt pre-wet with brine to arterial streets, school, and bus routes.

National Weather Service:  A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until noon Thursday, February 23. Winds up to 30 mph and wind chills of 20 below zero are possible.

Weather conditions: Cloudy

Street conditions: Streets range from partially snow covered to wet with winter driving conditions. Drivers are urged to use caution and be alert for slick spots, especially on untreated surfaces.
