Street Condition Update for Wednesday, December 23, 2020, 2:25 p.m.

City operations:  Twenty City crews remain on patrol applying granular salt pre-wet with brine to arterial streets. Twenty plow crews will pair with the material spreaders to clear streets as snow accumulates. Crews will remain on duty throughout the evening.

National Weather Service: A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until 9 p.m. tonight. Light icing, winds up to 55 mph and snow accumulation up to 2 inches is possible.

Weather conditions: Snow with strong winds

Street conditions: Arterial streets are wet with slush to snow-packed and snow-covered. Drivers should be alert for slick spots, especially on untreated areas.
