Street Condition Update for Tuesday, November 10, 2020, 5 a.m.

National Weather Service — Additional rain showers may cause ice accumulation on elevated surfaces through the morning hours.  As a result, a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through 3 p.m.

Weather conditions – Consistent rainfall began around 11 p.m.

Street conditions – Arterial streets are wet and drivers should be alert for possible slick spots.

City operations – At 2 a.m., 20 crews began spreading granular salt pre-wet with brine focusing on bridges and elevated surfaces as well as major intersections.  Crews will remain on patrol through the morning rush hour and until needed.
