Twenty City crews remain on patrol applying granular salt pre-wet with brine to arterial, transit and school routes.  Crews report arterial streets are wet with slush. Winter driving conditions should be observed.  Drivers should slow down and be alert for slick spots, especially on untreated surfaces.
