Twenty crews continue to apply granular salt pre-wet with brine across the city treating trouble spots on arterial and residential streets. Winter operations are expected to be suspended this evening. Crews report arterial streets, transit and school routes are mostly dry to wet with isolated snow packed areas and residentials are slush to snow packed. Drivers should observe winter driving conditions and be alert for black ice and slick spots, especially in untreated areas.
