Street Condition Update for Sunday, December 15, 2019, 2:15 p.m.

Twenty City crews are nearing completion of their first application of granular salt pre-wet with anti-ice brine to arterial streets.  At 4 p.m., more than 60 plow crews will begin clearing arterial, bus and school routes to minimize overnight refreezing of residual snow.  Crews report street conditions ranging from slush-covered to snow-packed.  Drivers should be alert for slick spots, especially in untreated areas.
