Street Condition Update for Sunday, February 10, 2019, 8:30 a.m.

Twenty City crews began applying granular salt pre-wet with brine after midnight to arterial streets and will continue until precipitation moves out of the area.  Streets are currently wet to partially snow covered with winter driving conditions.

The National Weather Service Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 6 a.m. Monday until midnight Monday.  Mixed precipitation of freezing drizzle and snow.  Snow accumulation of one to two inches is possible.  Drivers should use caution and be alert for slick spots, especially on untreated streets and sidewalks, slow down, and increase following and stopping distance.
