In anticipation of possible snow overnight tonight, beginning at 12:01 a.m. Sunday, April 1, 20 City crews will pre-treat arterial streets with anti-ice brine. The application is expected to be completed by 6 a.m. Plow crews will be on standby and ready to deploy should conditions warrant.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 1 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are possible. Drivers are urged to use caution, especially on residential and other untreated streets.
