A winter weather advisory is in effect until noon today.  Drizzle and freezing rain are making streets wet with some icy patches.  Use caution this morning as streets and sidewalks may be slick.  Twenty City crews are spreading salt pre-wet with brine on emergency snow routes, arterial streets, school and bus routes.
