At 1 p.m. Sunday, City crews will end their material spreading operation. Public Works will continuously monitor road and weather conditions regarding the need for additional treatments.
Arterial streets are generally wet with slush. As treatments continue working and ambient temperatures increase throughout the afternoon, streets should begin to dry. Drivers are urged to use caution. Be alert for moisture to refreeze overnight, creating slick areas on streets and sidewalks.
