The City Snow Emergency and parking ban ended at 4pm today, but 20 City crews remained on the streets and continued their material spreading operation through 8pm tonight.
At 8pm, four crews remain on the streets. They will be on hand to treat trouble spots and will continue City-wide material spreading throughout the night.
Lincoln Police Department reports 25 accidents since midnight, and motorists are encouraged to use caution as icy conditions and re-freezing may occur as temperatures will remain well below freezing overnight.
